More than making you flexible and strong, Kripalu Yoga is a
unique way to integrate body, mind, and spirit through
opening to the wisdom of your body. Experience the heart
of yoga and learn how to take the benefits of yoga off the
mat and into your daily life.

Kripalu Yoga classes (
see schedule) provide basic
knowledge of yoga techniques that help release physical,
mental and emotional tensions, while offering deep levels
of relaxation and self-awareness.

Each class includes an exploration of various stretches and
yoga poses (asanas) designed to improve strength,
flexibility, balance and focus. You also will practice
breathing techniques (pranayama) that calm and
energize.  Each session ends with a guided relaxation to
integrate your experience so you can return to the rest of
your day or evening with a renewed sense of well being.

Kripalu Yoga develops the body, mind and spirit in a
compassionate and non-judgmental way. It is a
transforming practice that encourages self-acceptance,
invites deep stillness and provides you with tools to help you
access your inner wisdom.
